Ideas For Fall Photo Shoot

When you have many clients or just want to build your portfolio with different and creative images, it is hard sometimes to come up with an idea for your next photo shoot.

In the past, I did not think about different ideas for a photo shoot. I thought that when a client and me would come to a place, we all would figure something out. It might work when you have a lot of experience or when the place itself is just wonderful. However, most of the time there is nothing special about the place and clients are not very active. As a photographer, you should tell your clients what to do and where to stand. You should be in charge of choosing the best place for a photo shoot as well.

On the picture above, I was photographing my friend, Sierra Karambellas, three years ago. At that moment, I did not know Jonesboro that good, so she was choosing a place. Now, I look at the picture and know that I could do it better if I had a chance to plan everything.

Since it is officially fall, it is time for adding new colorful images to your portfolio. I came up with these examples that at least would inspire you:
